Dr. Justine Nakintu is a lecturer in the Department of Biology at Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST) in Uganda. She is also a researcher focused on transforming jackfruit cultivation in Uganda and addressing its short shelf life.
She holds a PhD in biology from Mbarara University of Science and Technology. During my PhD studies, I won a grant for a six-month research stay at Justus Liebig University, Germany, funded by DAAD, and graduated in April 2021. I am currently a lecturer and research coordinator in the Department of Biology, Mbarara University of Science and Technology.
