Organisational framework

The UCOBS Organogram illustrates the governance and coordination structure of the project at Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST).

MUST reports to the MUST Council & Committees, while project oversight is jointly provided by the Flemish Steering Committee (FSC), Local Steering Committee (LCS), and the Joint Steering Committee (JSC).

At the operational level, coordination and administration are supported by the Project Support Unit (PSU) and the Institutional Coordinators for Development Cooperation (ICOS).

Implementation is carried out through six sub-projects, each with its own team members:
