Bukenya Hakim is a second-year student of the Master of Science in Biology (Natural Resources Ecology, Management, and Conservation) at MUST, Faculty of Science, Department of Biology, and an MSc scholar on sub-project 2. His MSc research project focuses on crop diversity and soil management interventions under cropping systems practiced in Isingiro, Rubanda, and Rubirizi districts in southwestern Uganda. He is supervised by Prof. Hervé Vanderschuren (KU Leuven University), Assoc. Prof Grace R. Kagoro PhD (MUST) and Dr. Justine Nakintu (MUST)
