Dennis Arikiriza currently serves as Project Assistant for Subproject
One of the MUST–IUC UCoBS initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science
in Agriculture and Livelihoods from Mbarara University of Science and
Technology (MUST) and brings extensive experience in project
administration, documentation, and strategic communication.
At MUST, Dennis has coordinated large‑scale trainings, academic
events, and stakeholder engagements, while leading the preparation of
detailed reports that highlight institutional impact and
accountability. His expertise lies in synthesizing complex activities
into clear, compelling narratives that strengthen visibility and donor
confidence.
Beyond administration, Dennis has actively contributed to fieldwork in
tourism and conservation, including initiatives with the Batwa
community around Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. His work emphasizes
cultural empowerment, competence‑based education, and sustainable
livelihoods, aligning with UCoBS’s mission of inclusive community
engagement and institutional innovation.
Dennis is passionate about advancing educational transformation and
sustainable agriculture. He is currently pursuing opportunities for
further academic growth, with the long‑term goal of blending technical
expertise with leadership in educational program management.
