He is currently a PhD candidate in Business Administration at Mbarara University of Science and Technology; he holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Makerere University. I’m also currently working as a lecturer (human resources management courses) / acting deputy dean, Faculty of Business and Management Sciences, and head of department (human resource management), Mbarara University of Science and Technology.
I have attended several trainings, Training of Trainers courses that have developed me in different work skills, and research conferences, both national and international. During the development of my career, I have been mentored by different professors in different fields, including Professor John C. Munene and Professor Peter Baguma, among others.
Pursuing to advance and consolidate my career with a challenging strategic human resource management role by contributing to and being part of a dynamic team that crafts strategy, plans, coordinates, makes service decisions, executes, and develops. Utilizing my skills, innovativeness, and expertise within the team by linking employees to the strategy/mission and purpose of the institution attached to work.
