He is a self-motivated, dedicated, and integral-focused person with an extensive program implementation background and work experience in various facets of the program systems for at least five years in international programs in Uganda. I am a team- and result-oriented person, familiar with different institutional policies and compliance standards, with the ability to have a very ‘hands-on’ approach and attitude towards getting the job done, especially in program management and implementation.
