HAPPENING NOW:
We successfully kicked off the Tech-Preneurship Bootcamp at our hub through Mbarara University of Science & Technology, MUST/IUC UCoBS Subproject 5 & Subproject 6 Synergy
With over 60 students from computing, business, and interdisciplinary fields in attendance, Day 1 and now Day 4 focus on laying a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and innovation. Highlights include sessions on Uganda’s innovation landscape, identifying viable business ideas through case studies, and an eye-opening discussion on digital-age market gaps. The day is set to culminate in the formation of cross-functional teams and the exciting introduction of the Tech Sprint Challenge.
This initiative is a joint effort between MUST/IUC UCoBS Subproject 5 (Increasing Youth Employability) and Project 6 (ICT Capacity for Information Utilization), in partnership with Kreative Campus, to transform student-led innovations into market-ready solutions.
