MUST IUC - UCoBS Manual

This manual is a key management document that entails operational guidelines for the implementation of the MUST-IUC Partnership (also referred to as project). The purpose of this management manual is to establish, streamline and standardize basic rules, systems and sound procedures for the management of project activities, financial and material resources within the MUST-IUC UCoBS partnership. It also aims at streamlining the collaboration between Flemish Universities and partners, VLIR-UOS and MUST. This management manual covers the phase one five-year partnership period (from 1^st September 2022 to 31^st August 2027). During the implementation of this phase, the manual may be revised whenever need arises as agreed by the Joint Steering Committee (JSC). The Manual is developed taking into consideration the VLIR-UOS and MUST grant management rules, regulations and guidelines which will be a basis for the implementation of the MUST-IUC project [UG2021IUC043A105]. Due reference shall be made to MUST institutional policies such as: gender policy, staff recruitment and retention policy, Human Resource Manual, Postgraduate Handbook, Staff development policy, financial and procurement guidelines in implementing the MUST-IUC.
